2. Delivery Process

Once your payment is confirmed, you will be automatically redirected to the download page. You can click the "Download Card" button to save your birthday card in PDF or Image format directly to your device (Phone, Tablet, or Computer).

3. Delivery Timeline

Instant Delivery: Under normal circumstances, the delivery is instant. You should receive access to your card within seconds of a successful payment.

Technical Delay: In rare cases of server issues or internet glitches, if you don't receive the download link immediately, please wait for 10-15 minutes. If it still doesn't work, we guarantee manual delivery within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Charges

Since we only deal with digital goods, there are Zero (Rs. 0) shipping or delivery charges. You only pay for the template price mentioned on the website.
