1. Digital Products Policy
All products available on FreeBirthdayCardMaker.com are digital downloads (PDF/Images). Because digital products are instantly delivered and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds once a payment is completed.
2. What if your payment fails but money is deducted?
Sometimes due to technical or network issues, your payment might be successful but you may not be able to download your card. Don't worry! Your money is safe.
In such cases, please follow these steps:
- Take a screenshot of your successful payment.
- Send the screenshot to us via WhatsApp or Email.
- Tell us which template you selected.
3. Our Commitment (We will help you!)
